§ 100.09 VIOLATION; PENALTY.

Failure of the cable operator to comply with the terms and conditions established by this chapter, including the attachment to Ordinance 46-11-93, passed 11-8-93, shall constitute a violation of the Cable Television Franchise Ordinance. The penalties for such violation are subject to the conditions of § 10.99.
