§ 98.03 PROHIBITION AND EXCEPTIONS.
   No person shall be permitted to remain in the Parks and Recreation areas from 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. except:
   (A)   Parks and Recreation Board employees.
   (B)   Law enforcement officers.
   (C)   Persons engaged in activities authorized by the Parks and Recreation Board.
