§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates the terms of this chapter for the first time in a calendar year shall be guilty of a Class C infraction and may be fined up to $200.
   (B)   Any person who violates this chapter for a second time within a calendar year shall be guilty of a Class C infraction and may be fined up to $500.
   (C)   Any person who violates this chapter for a third or subsequent time within a calendar year shall be guilty of a Class B infraction and may be fined up to $1,000.
