(A) Monies generated from permit applications, re-inspection fees, fees collected related to the enforcement of a fire watch order, variance request fees or any other fee, fine or damage award collected pursuant to this Noblesville Fire Prevention Code shall be deposited in the Fire Prevention Enforcement Fund.
(B) Monies deposited in the Fire Prevention Enforcement Fund shall be used by the Noblesville Fire Department to pay for education, training, and enforcement material required by the personnel of the Fire Department.
