§ 92.097 PRIVATE EMERGENCY ALARM SYSTEM.

Any person, entity, or corporation that operates a private emergency alarm system within the jurisdiction of the City of Noblesville Fire Department shall be subject to the provisions of City of Noblesville Ordinance No. 65-8-03, now codified in Chapter 110 of the Noblesville Code of Ordinances.
