§ 92.091 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.

(A) Portable tire extinguishers shall be installed and maintained in all Class 1 structures as set forth in the latest edition of NFPA 10 and as required by the Fire Chief, or his or her designee.

(B) In all Group R-2 occupancies, a 2A:20B:C rated fire extinguisher shall be required in each unit or placed at intervals not to exceed 75 feet maximum travel distance from each unit in all common areas on each level.
