§ 92.034 IMMINENT DANGER.
   The Chief of the Fire Department, or his or her designee, may stop the operation or require the evacuation of any Class 1 structure or portion thereof under the provisions of I.C. 36-8-17-9 when it is determined that conduct or conditions of the property:
   (A)   Present a clear and immediate hazard of death or serious bodily injury to any person other than a trespasser.
   (B)   Is prohibited without a permit, registration, certification, authorization, variance, exemption, or other license required under I.C. 22-14 or another statute administered by the Department of Fire and Building Services and the license has not been issued; or, will conceal a violation of law.
