The Fire Chief, or his or her designee, at any fire, explosion, rescue, emergency medical, hazardous materials incident, or any other emergency which poses imminent threat to life, environment, or property, shall have the authority to direct operations as necessary to control, mitigate, or eliminate the emergency. It shall be unlawful for any person to impede the emergency operations of the City of Noblesville Fire Department.
