Any captain or officer in charge (in the absence of the captain) at Fire Station 1 shall be considered the Headquarter Captain and shall be compensated as follows:
(A) Assuming the responsibilities as a Headquarter Captain for a minimum of 12 shifts: $50;
(B) Assuming the responsibilities as a Headquarter Captain for a minimum of 30 shifts: $100;
(C) Assuming the responsibilities as Headquarter Captain for a minimum of 45 shifts: $200;
(D) Assuming the responsibilities as Headquarter Captain for a minimum of 90 shifts: $250;
(E) All additional compensation due under this provision shall be paid the first pay in January. The Headquarter Captain's compensation shall be re-evaluated annually in accordance with budgetary requirements.
