§ 35.45 COURT TIME FOR POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
   A police officer or firefighter who is required to be in court during his or her off-duty time shall receive either pay or compensation time off for each court appearance hour with a two-hour minimum. This pertains only to court appearances related to the activities of the Police or Fire Department.
