(A) Educational assistance for Fire Department. Effective January 1, 2009, per the agreement between the city and Noblesville Professional Firefighters International Association of Firefighters Local 4416, the parties agree to discontinue the college tuition reimbursement policy for firefighters.
(B) Educational assistance for city sworn police officers. Educational assistance for sworn police officers is contingent upon the availability of budgetary resources. Specific details are available in the Human Resources Department.
