Pervious pavements shall be constructed in compliance with the plans and specifications for the project. These standards have been approved and adopted by the City of Noblesville's Board of Public Works and Safety and shall hereby incorporated into the City of Noblesville's Stormwater Standards Technical Manual. Authority is hereby given to the City of Noblesville's Wastewater Utility to develop and promulgate standards to address and mitigate stormwater quality issues associated with the installation, construction, and maintenance of pervious concrete pavements.
