   (A)   The following designated streets shall be used by commercial vehicles weighing from 5,000 pounds to 11,000 pounds:

   (B)   Any street within the corporate limits of the city that uses paving brick for its surface shall have a maximum weight limit of 5,000 pounds.
   (C)   Exceptions to the above are city public safety and maintenance vehicles, utility and private maintenance vehicles receiving city permits and school buses accessing approved corridors.
   (D)   (1)   All trucks rated for more than 20,000 pounds are prohibited from using the following street:

      (2)   This division shall not apply to trucks making deliveries or providing services to private property served by the above streets.
      (3)   Any operator of a vehicle who violates the terms of this division shall be guilty of an infraction and may be fined up to $2,500 per offense. Every trip shall be considered a separate offense.
