(A) The property owner, or its successor in title to the Verizon Music Center, located at 146th Street and Boden Road, in the City of Noblesville, Indiana, shall remit all taxes collected to the Clerk Treasurer of the city not more than 20 days after the end of the month during which the event occurred.
(B) The Clerk Treasurer shall prepare remission forms to be provided to the property owner for the remission of the tax.
(C) The tax shall be paid by each person who pays the price for admission to the facility, unless excluded under § 121.16 of this subchapter.
(D) The person who collects the price of the ticket shall collect the tax at the same time the price for admission to the facility is paid.
