There is hereby imposed, pursuant to I.C. 6-9-34, an entertainment facility admissions tax of $.50 for each paid admission to the Verizon Music Center owned by Deer Creek Amphitheater Concerts, L.P. located at the northeast corner of 146th Street and Boden Road in the City of Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana ("the Facility").
