(A) All taxicabs shall be operated in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
(B) The applicant, and any drivers operating taxicabs under this license, acknowledge that the operation of a taxicab is permitted pursuant to the license issued by the City of Noblesville; that the city has lawful interest in the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens including the safe and lawful operation of the taxicabs; and no property right in the license is vested in the applicant. The applicant agrees that he, and any drivers operating his taxicabs, waives any right they may have to be stopped without probable cause to examine the safety of the taxicabs, question the driver or passenger concerning the safe or lawful operation of the taxicabs, or to search a taxicab during its operation within the city.
