§ 114.05 VEHICLES TO BE MAINTAINED IN SAFE CONDITION.
   All vehicles of the applicant shall be maintained in a safe condition. In the event that an officer of the Police Department determines that said vehicle is in a unsafe condition, the Board of Works and Safety may suspend the right of the applicant to operate the taxicab until adequate repairs are made.
