(A) Penalty for §§ 52.01 through 52.18. In addition to any of the remedies in §§ 52.01 through 52.18, the violation of any terms of those sections shall be deemed a Class B infraction, and a court of competent jurisdiction, in addition to any other remedies contained herein, may impose a fine in the amount of $1,000 for each violation. Each day of a violation may be considered a separate violation.
(B) Penalty for §§ 52.30 through 52.37. Any site owner who has not corrected a deficiency within five days after written notification as set forth in § 52.37, shall be guilty of a Class B infraction and may be fined not more than $1,000 for each violation. For purposes of this chapter each day shall be deemed a separate violation and subject to above penalty.
