(A) Any person receiving a notice of violation may appeal the determination of violation to the Director of the Noblesville Wastewater Utility.
(B) The notice of appeal must be received within seven days from the date of the notice of violation. Hearing on the appeal before the authorized enforcement officer shall take place within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal. In the event the landowner disagrees with the determination of the Director of the Noblesville Wastewater Utility, the landowner may appeal a decision of the Director of the Noblesville Wastewater Utility to the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city.
