(A) The application for a permit under the provisions of this section shall be submitted to the Police Department or a third party parking enforcement company contracted by the Board of Public Works & Safety. Unapproved applications may be appealed to the Board of Public Works & Safety, whose decision shall be final.
(B) The Police Department or a third party parking enforcement company contracted by the Board of Public Works & Safety shall have the authority to revoke any permit upon finding violation of the regulations in this section and to order the forfeiture of all fees paid.
(C) Non-residential permits issued to a business may be transferrable to another employee for a processing fee of $20 by contacting the Police Department or a third party parking enforcement company contracted by the Board of Public Works & Safety. Transfer and issuance of said permits are subject to the review and approval of the Noblesville Police Department or a third party parking enforcement company contracted by the Board of Public Works & Safety.
