(F) Quick Pay Account (QPA). The QPA account is a non-interest bearing account into which building contractors can deposit money from which fee payments can be debited. Fees will be debited from this account at the builder’s request to pay fees associated with their construction projects. This program is voluntary and individual accounts can be closed with written notification from the builder.
