(A) Monies generated from permit applications shall be deposited in an appropriate fund and used by the Noblesville Communications Department to maintain the alarm system, false alarm program and/or upgrade, replace and maintain equipment used by the Noblesville Communications Department and/or provide training required by the personnel of the Noblesville Communications Department.
(B) Monies generated by fines for violation of this section shall be deposited in an appropriate fund and used as follows:
(1) 25% of the fund to be used by the Noblesville Communications Department to maintain the alarm system, false alarm program and/or upgrade, replacement and maintenance of equipment used by the Noblesville Communications Department and/or provide training required by the personnel of the Noblesville Communications Department.
(2) 75% of the fund to be used by the Noblesville Police Department to pay for education, training and enforcement material required by the personnel of the Police Department.
