§ 110.10 SCHEDULE OF PENALTIES.
   Any person violating this chapter shall pay the following civil penalties:
   (A)   For 5th false alarm in a calendar year: $50.
   (B)   For 6th false alarm in a calendar year: $75.
   (C)   For 7th through 10th false alarm in a calendar year: $100.
   (D)   For 11th and every subsequent false alarm in a calendar year: $200.
