§ 110.01 PURPOSE.
   It is declared to be the purpose of this chapter to reduce the number of false alarms activated by private emergency alarm systems within the City of Noblesville and to thereby, reduce the expenditure of resources, monies and reduce the risk to the public safety that results from Municipal Emergency Services personnel responding to the false alarms.
