(A) The application for a permit under the provisions of this subchapter shall be submitted to the Noblesville Police Department or a third party parking enforcement company contracted by the Board of Public Works & Safety. Unapproved applications may be appealed to the Board of Public Works & Safety, whose decision shall be final.
(B) The Police Department or a third party parking enforcement company contracted by the Board of Public Works & Safety shall have the authority to revoke any permit upon finding violation of regulations in this subchapter and to order the forfeiture of all fees paid.
