§ 72.11 PARKING IN ALLEYS.
   No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 12 feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in such position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property.

§ 72.12 STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED, NO SIGNS REQUIRED.
   No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device in any of the following places:
   (A)   On a sidewalk;
   (B)   In front of or between sidewalk and curb or immediately opposite a public or private driveway;
   (C)   Within an intersection;
   (D)   Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
   (E)   On a crosswalk;
   (F)   Within 20 feet of a crosswalk;
   (G)   Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing beacon, stop sign, or traffic-control signal located at the side of a roadway;
   (H)   Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station and, on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station, within 75 feet of the entrance (when fire station is properly signed);
   (I)   On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street;
   (J)   Within 30 feet of any railway crossing; and
   (K)   At any place where official signs or markings so designate.
   (L)   Within 50 feet of the traveled way of an intersecting road or alley.

§ 72.13 NO STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING NEAR ON-STREET MAILBOXES.
    No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within ten feet of a mailbox located within public right-of-way, and having its installation approved by United States Postal Service post master.
