§ 70.18 RECOMMENDATIONS TO BE SUBMITTED BY TRAFFIC COMMITTEE.
   Prior to enactment of a traffic sign or traffic device by the Board of Public Works or adoption of an ordinance concerning traffic control by the City Council, a report, study, investigation, and recommendation shall be submitted by the Traffic Committee to the responsible body.
