All persons or corporations, their or its survivors, heirs, or assigns who shall connect to any sewer main built pursuant to this subchapter shall agree in writing prior to said connection, to waive their or its rights to remonstrate against annexation by the city in accordance with I.C. 36-4-3-11.7, as amended.
