Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, punishable by a fine of not more than:
First offense: | up to $50 |
Second offense within a year: | up to $100 |
Third offense within a year: | up to $250 |
Fourth and subsequent offenses within a year: | up to $500 |
