Any and all penalties shall be enforced according to Ordinance No. 58-10-98 at the time of cancellation of the same permit.

Notes:
(A) Trench spoil is to be removed from the work site and disposed of out of the right-of-way.
(B) Flowable fill is to be poured into the trench to serve as backfill to the dimensions and specifications listed in this detail.
(C) The flowable fill mix design shall have been previously reviewed and approved by the Noblesville Engineering Department.
(D) The compressive strength of the flowable fill shall not be less than 50 PSI nor greater than 100 PSI at 28 days.
(E) When type I trench backfill is used, the existing paved surface is not required to be over-cut two feet minimum each side provide a vertical, neat saw-cut edge.
(F) Flowable fill shal1 be mixed and placed as specified in the latest Standard INDOT Specifications Section 213.

(C) Trench backfill type II shall only be permitted under the presence of an independent testing laboratory. Compaction tests shall be at the contractor’s expense. Test results shall be submitted.
