§ 36.26 MEDICAL CERTIFICATION.
   The city shall have the right to require a medical certification of the necessity for the leave, whether it be a continuous or intermittent leave, when an employee is on family or medical leave due to his/her serious health condition or the serious health condition of parent, child or spouse. The city may require the employee to obtain additional medical certifications at the city's expense.
