§ 35.36 FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND CREATED; BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There is created a Firemen's Pension Fund and a Board of Trustees to administer such Fund pursuant to the acts of the General Assembly of the state. (`61 Code, § 6.2)
