§ 35.19 MEETINGS OF TRAFFIC COMMISSION.
   The traffic commission shall meet when called into session by the commission chairman or the mayor. The commission shall meet biannually, once in the first half and once during the second half of the fiscal year, to review current traffic problems. The commission can be called into session any time throughout the year, with a reasonable advance notice. The number of sessions over the minimum requirements shall be left to the discretion of the mayor and the chairman of the commission.
