The members of the Board shall serve terms of four years beginning on February 1st of their year of appointment, except for the initial appointments whose terms shall expire as follows:
(A) The initial term of the licensed real estate broker shall end on January 31, 1998;
(B) The initial term of the licensed engineer shall end on January 31, 1999;
(C) The initial term of the certified public accountant shall end on January 31, 2000.
