§ 34.89 DUTIES OF CITY OFFICERS.
   Pursuant to IC 36-7-14-23, each officer of the city who has duties in respect to the funds and accounts of the city shall perform the same duties with respect to the funds and accounts of the Department of Redevelopment, except as otherwise provided by law. An officer performing these duties is not entitled to any additional compensation.
