§ 34.69 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   Members. The business and affairs of the Historic Railroad Multi-Jurisdictional Port Authority shall be conducted by a Board of Trustees consisting of six members, two of whom shall be appointed by the Town Council of Fishers, so long as it is organized as a town, and if ever changed to a city, the Mayor of that city thereafter, and two of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor of Noblesville, and two of whom shall be appointed by Hamilton County. In regard to the Hamilton County appointments, one shall be made by the Hamilton County Council and one shall be made by the Hamilton County Commissioners.
   (B)   Terms. Members of the Board of Trustees shall be appointed for a term of three years. The appointing executive shall deliver a certificate of appointment to such trustee designating the term of his or her office.
   (C)   There shall be no limit on the number of successive terms a trustee may serve.
   (D)   A trustee may be removed at any time without cause by the appointing authority of such trustee. A replacement appointment shall serve the unexpired term of the trustee so removed.
   (E)   Each trustee upon appointment shall take an oath of office in the appropriate form.
   (F)   Officers. From the membership of the Board shall be elected the following offices for a term of one year:
      (1)   President
      (2)   Vice-President
      (3)   Secretary
      (4)   Treasurer
      (5)   Officers may serve successive terms if elected.
