The purpose of the Historic Railroad Multi-Jurisdictional Port Authority shall be to protect and preserve the existence of the real property described in Exhibit A of Ordinance 35-9-94, passed 11-28-94 and Ordinance 21-4-98, passed 4-27-98 as a single parcel of real estate in perpetuity for such uses as may benefit the citizens of Jurisdictional Members including, but not necessarily limited to, recreational, transportation, and tourism purposes.
