§ 32.218 CREATION AND EXISTENCE.
   The City Land Reuse Authority is hereby constituted under authority of W. Va. Code 31-18E-1 et seq. The name of the agency shall be the “City of Nitro Land Reuse Authority”. The number of Board members shall be five, all of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of Council in compliance with the requirements of § 32.220.
