(A) When the Board establishes a historic district, it shall notify the County Assessor of the county in which such district or any part thereof is located of the fact of such establishment and the boundaries of the district, together with the restrictions which are applicable to the properties located in such district which have been mutually agreed upon by the Board and the owners of property within such district. The agreement shall be recorded in the same manner as the recordation of agreements between the Board and owners of designated landmarks entered into pursuant to the provisions of § 32.135.
(B) The city’s Historical Preservation Board shall adhere to the state and county codes relating to identifying and registering any and all property as property accepted as in the “Historic Registry”.
