§ 32.184 GENERAL AUTHORITY AND POWERS.
   The city’s Historical Preservation Board shall:
   (A)   Recommend to the City Council for approval those organizations, nonprofit groups and other special interest individuals who have made application to be considered as a “historical entity” that supports the city’s historical heritage by demonstrating and providing documentation of the goals, objectives and ability to identify, preserve and make their finding publicly available;
   (B)   Recommend to the City Council for approval historical landmarks, and artifacts for historical significance that have been presented to the Board of Directors; and
   (C)   Recommend to City Council for approval the purchase, protection and registry of artifacts, landmarks, sites and/or other significant memorabilia to be protected or included in the city’s Museum.
