The Board shall hold meetings at a time and place to be designated by the members thereof; six members being necessary to form a quorum. A majority of votes cast by the members present at the meeting shall be sufficient to decide an issue properly before the Board. Robert’s Rules of Order shall govern all meetings. An annual meeting will be held in accordance with state codes for nonprofit organizations.
