§ 134.38 POSTING OF SIGNS.
   (A)   “No Smoking” signs or the international “No Smoking” symbol (consisting of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it) shall be clearly and conspicuously posted, in every area where smoking is prohibited.
   (B)   At every entrance to designated gaming areas or racetrack viewing areas in which smoking is permitted pursuant to the terms of § 134.37, a conspicuous sign shall be posted that reads as follows:
         HEALTH WARNING
      SMOKING IS PERMITTED WITHIN THIS AREA. YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO SECONDHAND SMOKE. SUCH EXPOSURE CAN CAUSE OR CONTRIBUTE TO CANCER, HEART DISEASE, RESPIRATORY ILLNESS AND OTHER SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS.
   (C)   The lettering of such signs shall be in bold text and shall be at least two inches in height and three-eighths of an inch in width.
