§ 32.116 CITY REPRESENTATIVES ON BOARD OF THE AUTHORITY.
   The number of representatives from each participating government on the Board of Members of the Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority shall be as agreed upon from time to time by the governing bodies of all participating governments; and Council shall appoint a resident of this city on such Board each time a vacancy occurs in the city’s representation on such Board, as provided in W. Va. Code 8-27-5.
