(A) Any person who is aggrieved by any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Code Official, administrative officer or body charged with the enforcement of this chapter may appeal the same to the Board of Appeals within the time and the manner prescribed by law.
(B) In addition to the right of appeal described in division (A) above, any person who is aggrieved by any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Code Official, administrative officer or body charged with the enforcement of this chapter may seek such other redress or relief as state law provides.
