§ 113.09 PARKING.
   (A)   Statement of intent. It is the purpose of this section to ensure that every adults-only establishment maintains sufficient space on site to meet its parking needs and to accommodate vehicular traffic that it generates.
   (B)   Parking requirements. Every adults-only establishment shall provide and maintain on the site thereof one parking space for every 100 square feet of the improvement in which the adults-only establishment operates or proposes to operate.
   (C)   Parking space. For purposes of this section, a parking space shall have dimensions of no less than eight and one-half feet wide and no less than 18 feet long, be paved and delineated with stripes.
   (D)   Traffic. No parking lot serving an adults-only establishment shall be designed, constructed or maintained in such a manner as to permit motor vehicles to reverse or back into a public or private road, alley, street or highway.
