§ 113.07 LAND USE REGULATIONS.
   On and after the effective date, no person shall locate and operate an adults-only establishment except in compliance or conformance with this chapter. An applicant who desires to locate and operate an adults-only establishment, upon an application therefor, shall obtain a certificate of compliance with respect thereto in accordance with this chapter.
