§ 112.18 LICENSE APPLICATION; ISSUANCE; FALSE SWEARING; DISPLAY OF STATE LICENSE.
   (A)   All licenses under the provisions of this subchapter shall be issued by the City Recorder, upon written application therefor verified by the applicant under oath. Application forms shall be furnished by the city, designed to elicit all information necessary for the City Recorder to determine the eligibility of the applicant for the license applied for; the amount of the license fee; the location within the city of the premises to be licensed and whether or not such premises and structures comply with all applicable provisions of state law, this code and other ordinances; and it shall be unlawful and shall constitute false swearing for any applicant to knowingly make any false statement in any application for license under this subchapter.
   (B)   Before issuing any license hereunder, the City Recorder may require the applicant to display his or her corresponding state license.
