§ 111.15 LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   Massage establishment. Every person engaging in the business of owning or operating a massage establishment shall pay a license fee of $100 per year.
   (B)   Off-premises massage business. Every person engaging in the business of owning or operating an off-premises massage business shall pay a license fee of $50 per year.
