(A) Permits issued pursuant to the Fire Prevention Code shall be valid for the period specified therein, not more than one year; provided, that when a city license or other city permit is required in addition to a permit required by the Fire Prevention Code, such permit may be made valid for an indefinite period concurrent with the period of validity of such city license or other city permit.
(B) Council may promulgate a schedule of fees to be charged for permits issued pursuant to the Fire Prevention Code, and all such fees shall be payable to the City Treasurer.
