There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, as if set out at length herein, that certain code known as the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, 1990 edition; as promulgated by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc. for the purpose of establishing minimum regulations governing the safeguarding of life and property from the hazards of fire and explosion arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices; and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the use or occupancy of buildings of premises.
